Thorium-227 conjugate for prostate cancer
Hammer and colleagues developed PSMA-TTC, a fully human PSMA antibody carrying the alpha emitter thorium-227, which showed strong antitumour activity in mouse models of prostate cancer, including models resistant to enzalutamide.
